If you are looking for another way to use your designer paper scraps take a look at what my daughter did…
This was an old wooden dresser that my daughter had in her room. She wanted something different but instead of spending money on a new dresser she decided to take some of my designer paper and decoupage it onto the drawer fronts of her old dresser. Then she painted the rest of the dresser with paint that was left over from painting the inside of her closet, distressed it a little with some sandpaper and purchased some new handles for the drawers. Brilliant idea, isn’t it?
WOW... this turned out so nice. Looks like designer furniture. Your daughter did a great job.

That is incredible! Does she take commissions? :D
ReplyDeleteBexx, she will be so happy to hear that people like what she did. When I saw what she was doing with it I was a little jealous that I didn't think of it myself, lol.
DeleteOoh it's gorgeous, i used to do a lot of flat decoupage,i even covered a vintage clock ! My hubby never forgave me, but i still have the clock! Well done to your daughter.Rosie.x
